What I build

Everything a straightforward business site needs.

The goal is simple: make your business look professional online, make important information easy to find, and give customers a clear next step.

Responsive design

Designed to work cleanly on phones, tablets, laptops, and desktops.

Fast static pages

Lightweight builds that load quickly and avoid unnecessary plugin maintenance.

Clear customer actions

Calls, email, estimates, appointments, directions, or menus are made obvious.

Search-ready basics

Good structure, metadata, headings, performance, and local-business information.

Your actual brand

Your colors, services, photos, service area, and tone instead of a generic clone.

Updates as needed

Extra pages, changed content, new photos, redesigns, and integrations can be added later.

How it works

Simple from first message to launch.

You run the business. I handle the website side without burying you in technical decisions.

FAQ

Things you'll probably want to know.

Will I own my website?

After full payment, you receive the rights described in your project agreement to the custom deliverables created for you. Reusable tools and third-party materials remain subject to their own ownership or licenses.

Do you charge a monthly maintenance fee?

There is no mandatory monthly maintenance plan for a standard project. Future updates and additions are quoted when you need them.

What about hosting?

Standard static-site deployment can be handled as part of the project. The exact arrangement is listed in your quote. Domain registration and paid third-party services are separate unless included in writing.

Do I need a domain already?

No. If you have one, it can be connected. If you do not, I can help you understand what to purchase, and I recommend keeping the domain registered in your own name.

Can I update the website myself?

The files can be handed off, and simple sites are structured to make future edits straightforward. If you specifically want a self-service CMS, that can be quoted separately.

How long does a site take?

It depends on the scope and how quickly content and feedback are provided. Your quote will include an estimated project window.

Tell me what your business needs.

You do not need a polished brief. Your business name, what you do, and a rough idea of what you want is enough to start.
