1. Information you choose to provide
If you contact Eternal Valley Web, request a quote, or become a client, we may receive information such as your name, email address, business name, phone number, business type, project details, website information, service requirements, your Terms acceptance status, the Terms version, a submission timestamp, and any other information you choose to provide.
Please do not send passwords, payment card numbers, government identification numbers, medical information, or other highly sensitive personal information through the public quote form.
2. Quote form and Web3Forms
The quote form on this website uses Web3Forms to process form submissions. When you submit the form, the information you entered, together with the recorded Terms version and submission timestamp, is sent to Web3Forms so it can be processed and forwarded to Eternal Valley Web by email. Web3Forms operates under its own privacy policy and terms.
You can review Web3Forms’ privacy information at web3forms.com/privacy. Web3Forms states that it does not store form-submission contents as part of its normal forwarding service, although technical server logs may be retained for a limited period.
3. Hosting and technical information
This website is intended to be hosted using Cloudflare infrastructure. When you visit the site, Cloudflare or other infrastructure providers may process technical information needed to deliver, secure, and operate the website, such as IP address, browser or device information, request timestamps, network information, and security or access logs.
Cloudflare’s privacy practices are described in its own privacy policy at cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.
4. Cookies, analytics, and local browser storage
Eternal Valley Web does not currently use advertising cookies or third-party marketing trackers on this site. We also do not currently run a separate visitor analytics script as part of this build.
The site uses browser local storage to remember your light or dark theme preference. This preference is stored in your browser so the site can remember the appearance you selected on future visits.
If analytics, advertising, embedded social media, scheduling tools, payment tools, chat services, or other tracking technologies are added later, this Privacy Policy should be updated before or when those features are introduced.
5. How we use information
Information you provide may be used to respond to inquiries, prepare quotes, evaluate project requests, communicate with prospective or current clients, provide services, troubleshoot issues, maintain project and accounting records, prevent spam or abuse, protect the website and business, and comply with applicable legal obligations.
6. When information may be shared
Eternal Valley Web does not sell personal information. Information may be shared with service providers that are reasonably necessary to operate the website or provide requested services, such as website hosting, email, form-processing, domain, payment, or other technical providers.
Information may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law or legal process, investigate fraud or abuse, protect security, enforce agreements, or protect the rights and safety of Eternal Valley Web, clients, users, or others.
7. Client project information and third-party services
If you become a client, additional third-party services may be used for your project, such as domain registrars, hosting providers, email services, payment processors, booking services, analytics, stock-media providers, or other platforms requested by you or required by the project. Those services have their own privacy practices and terms.
8. Data retention
Inquiry emails, quote information, client communications, invoices, project records, and related business information may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to you, provide services, maintain business and accounting records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent abuse, or comply with legal obligations.
Third-party providers may maintain their own logs or records according to their policies and operational requirements.
9. Security
Reasonable steps are taken to limit unnecessary collection and protect information in our control. However, no website, email system, hosting provider, form processor, or internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure. You should use appropriate caution when deciding what information to send electronically.
10. Your choices and requests
You may contact Eternal Valley Web to ask about personal information you previously provided and to request correction or deletion where reasonably possible and where applicable law permits or requires it. Some records may need to be retained for accounting, legal, fraud-prevention, dispute, or other legitimate business reasons.
11. Children
Eternal Valley Web is a business-to-business web design service and this website is not directed to children. We do not knowingly seek personal information from children through the quote form.
12. External links
This site may contain links to websites operated by third parties. Eternal Valley Web is not responsible for the content, security, or privacy practices of third-party websites.
13. Changes to this Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated when our website, service providers, or data practices change. The “Last updated” date on this page will be revised when a material update is published.
